First off, can I say I love the lineart? The lineart is smooth and isn't flat or boring at all! The Fur looks fantastic and the character definitely pops.

Only a few things that are bugging me a bit; The nose is a bit too large for the proportion of the character. Take a look at canine noses; they're usually not that big! For the semi-realism that your picture seems to have, it looks a bit awkward.

Second, the background. Your character doesn't seem to blend in with the background; this is what happens when a more toony style meets a realistic background. I advise looking up tutorials on how to use grass brushes and how to make dirt and such. These tutorials are super easy (I can't use complicated tutorials; I always botch it up somehow, so take my word on this XD). Study grass. It's going to be the most boring thing you have ever done in your life, but looking at different grasses in different climates will really help you choose colours appropiate for the background. Your mountains seem a bit cut-and-paste too; a bit more shading and once again choosing the right colours can fix that right up.

I'm completely enamoured with the fur. It looks so simple, and yet I can't do it XDD
